You are welcome to choose between joining other travelers on our tours, or, if youprefer, you can have a private tour just for yourself, or just with those you wish to travel with.

In Da Nang and Hoi An we offer you the choice of staying at either a resort or a hotel and in Hoi An a homestay is also an option. All accommodation will be centrally located within easy walking distance of many restaurants and food vendors as well as shopping opportunities.A resort will offer you luxury accommodation between 4 and 5 star standard. Within the resorts there will be fine dining, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, massage and other leisure activities.

The hotel will offer 3 star accommodation. Rooms will be large and comfortable with free wifi available. Breakfast will be provided. There will be a restaurant in the hotel and breakfast will be provided. The hotel will be in a central location with lots of restaurants near by.

Homestay accommodation is often rated as 1 or 2 stars. A homestay is a small family run hotel often with the family living in the building. The rooms are large and spacious. The place is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is included. You have the opportunity to get to talk with a Vietnamese family. While homestays don’t  have the luxury of a resort they will bring you closer to the people of Vietnam.

Tour of Da Nang and Hoi An. Stay 2 nights in Da Nang and 4 nights in Hoi An.

Day 1: Transfer from airport or train station.

We will pick you up from the airport or train station and transfer you to your resort/hotel in Da Nang. On the way we can answer your questions about Vietnam and give you some information about the local area. You will have the rest of the day to relax and explore.

Day 2: Marble Mountains, Monkey Mountain and Da Nang local food tour.

We visit Marble Mountains with its several caves, caverns, pagodas and many stairs as well as great views over the Da Nang coastline. We then travel to Monkey Mountain home of the beautiful marble statue of the Lady Buddha. In both locations your guide will tell you the history of the places as well as stories and traditions to help the place come alive. In the evening we will take you to enjoy some of the special foods of Vietnam at authentic, local restaurants that the tourist would never find.

Day 3: My Son Holy Land tour.

My Son sanctuary is still the finest example of Cham architecture in Vietnam. It is unknown how, and by what kind of substance, Cham people could stick these red baked bricks together to form such solid structures. There are high shrine towers with double pillars, solid walls, elaborate carvings and striking sculptures. All reflect the exclusive beauty of Cham culture. Your guide is extremely knowledgeable about the ancient history of My Son and will also entertain you with traditional myths and stories. My Son is situated in a place of lush, green beauty and many comment on the peace and tranquillity of the place.

Day 4: Free day in Hoi An.

Today is yours to explore Hoi An at your leisure. Hoi An, known as the Venice of the East, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a bustling town full of beautiful architecture. It is small enough to cover easily on foot, with lots of beautiful buildings, interesting alleyways, the Japanese Bridge and the river to explore and photograph. There are many wonderful restaurants and street food vendors and a bustling market, as well as a wide variety of shops, including the tailors and shoe makers that make up part of Hoi An’s appeal and reputation. Or you may choose to be pampered at one of Hoi Ans massage and beauty clinics.

Day 5: Countryside Bicycle tour and lantern making.

The countryside around Hoi An is interesting and is best explored at a leisurely pace on a bicycle. Allow us to put you in touch with the local culture away from the hustle of the modern city. The adventure includes crossing rice fields, visiting duck farms, crossing small bridges and navigating narrow streets. Along the way we will stop at the Tra Que vegetable village where you will have a chance to discover the daily life of farmers. There are many opportunities for taking photo. You will also have the opportunity to ride a water buffalo.Then we will stop by the house of a lantern craftsman. You will get a brief introduction to the history, shape, and colour of lanterns and the many stages of making them. You will then be shown how to decorate and make your own lantern.This is the perfect souvenir for you to show off upon your return home. After saying goodbye to your local lantern maker, you will be able to enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. You will return to your hotel via bicycle.

Day 6: Hoi An city and food tour.

On this tour we will visit some of the town's immaculately preserved buildings such as the much photographed Japanese Bridge, the China Assembly Hall, and the Ancient House as well as walking around the narrow streets and alleyways as we pass by the dazzling display of art, pottery, jewellery, shoes, fabrics and tailors that Hoi An is famous for. Your guide will also take you to the local market where the locals buy their food fresh each day. There will be lots of opportunities to take photographs.

After we complete the tour of Hoi An we will start our food tour. Hoi An is famous for it's scrumptious food. You will taste 6 different local specialities as well as Vietnamese coffee. The dishes will be: Cao Lau (the local noodles), banh mi (Vietnamese sandwich), wontons, white rose dumplings, rice pancake and grilled pork.

Day 7 : Transfer to Da Nang airport or railway station.

You will be transferred from Hoi An to Da Nang airport or train station for your ongoing journey.

Day 4: Hue City Full Day.

We travel via the Hai Van Pass, one of the most scenic hillside roads in Vietnam to the historic city of Hue which was once the imperial capital of Vietnam. We will visit the walled fortress and palace which is the Citadel. Visit the seven storey Thiên Mụ Pagoda which is an historic temple. You may be lucky enough to hear the monks chanting. From the grounds of the pagoda you can look along the Perfume river. We will also visit the royal tombs of Hue which are beautifully designed complexes consisting of temples, courtyards, tombs and pavilions constructed in places of great natural beauty.

Throughout the tour your guide will unfold the complex history of the Vietnamese dynasties and explain the background and beliefs of the religions sites.Hue is famous for its food. At lunch we will take you to sample some regional Hue specialities.
